This 5-day race extension combines thrilling game drives, guided bush walks and a journey along South Africa's most scenic road trip - the Panorama Route.

Winding through Mpumalanga province, this route unveils some of the country's most breathtaking landscapes as you explore the habitat of the legendary Big Five, a wealth of bird species and a variety of African wildlife.

Your accommodation features fifteen stylishly appointed tents, each with modern ensuite facilities, a private terrace, restaurant, a refreshing pool and on-site bar - perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure.

Let the journey begin!

After breakfast, we will leave Entabeni and start our drive to Camp Khoka Moya. We will break up this 7-hour drive with a glide across a scenic river valley on a zipline wire. This exhilarating activity is suitable for everyone.

18 JunGame Drives & Bush Walk

Over the next couple of days, we will take you on morning and afternoon safaris, along with a hike through the areas stunning landscape. It is quite magical to experience the sun cast its warm morning glow over the areas cool and peaceful surrounding.

Our open-terrain safari vehicles give you the fantastic experience of coming up close to the habitat's wild creatures, such as the elephant, lion or rhino.

19 JunPanorama Route

After an early breakfast, we will drive from the camp to the province of Mpumalanga. The famous Panorama Route is true to its name, with breathtaking vistas, and ancient rock formations. The route takes us to Bourke's Luck Potholes, a rocky landscape where water has carved deep cylindrical holes into the bare rock.

Our final stop is at Blyde River Canyon, where we will have a break for lunch in an old gold mining town, Pilgrim's Rest (lunch not included).

We expect to be back in the camp in the late afternoon, giving you time to relax before dinner.

20 JunGame Drives & Bush Walk

Today you can enjoy another fantastic day of game drives and / or bush walks. Depending on demand, there will either be two game drives, or one game drive and one bush walk. All meals will be enjoyed at the camp.

21 JunDeparture Day

Unfortunately, it's time to say goodbye to the wilds. Early morning we will start our 7-hour journey back to Johannesburg. We will stop for lunch during the journey, and expect to arrive at 3pm.
